Licensed Inspector ~ Next Day Inspect  2017 - June 2021                            

Personally completed over 500 Inspections. Including: Residential and Commercial. New Construction pre-drywall, pre-settlement, follow up builders warranty checkup. Speciality such as: Thermal Imaging/Moisture Inspection,  Radon test, Mold tests. Individual Component inspections.

Realtor Sales Associate ~ Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc 1998 - current

Real Estate Sales of Residential, New Construction and Land. Learning again the Architectural Design details, the production (trades/products/permits/components) from start to occupancy permit. Witnessed 100’s of home inspections for Clients and “Translated the  not-so-common — “jargon”.  During that time, studying  the  Mastery of Speech & Communication Skills from trained professionals. So critical.

Research & Analysis  ~ Parking Market Research Co — 1995-1998

Reports generated monthly to  the Parking Garage Industry subscribers for New Construction starts and Garage Repair projects on a National level.  Learned what components, trades, and software products are necessary for safe, long lasting commercial construction of what  is inside a mammoth parking structure. .
